Prior to launching The Home Cloud, Tom had six seasons as a professional cricketer with Surrey County Cricket Club and in the “close” season gained considerable experience working in the property industry. A full member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, Tom and has considerable experience in letting and managing property successfully across the UK.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Source Investments which sources and acquires buy-to-let investments for clients all over the world, helping them deliver every aspect of their property portfolio. Establishing The Home Cloud fulfils his ambition of providing a letting agency that works to maximise landlords returns whilst giving the very best renting experience for tenants.
Amber Choinski
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Amber heads up on onboarding clients to The Home Cloud. This starts with property completion including snagging, the collection of keys and thoroughly preparing the property for market. Amber continues to proactively manage our property portfolios, carefully guiding clients through each and every stage of letting their property. She also manages our in-house lettings and management team, ensuring that all clients receive an exceptional level of service, compliant with ARLA standards.
Evie Cleall
Property Manager
Evie handles the management of our client’s properties with extraordinary care and attention to detail.Once tenants are settled into the property, she efficiently and effectively deals with any day-to-day maintenance issues that arise. She also renews tenancies, ensuring rent prices increase in line with RPI rates to protect landlord yields. Evie makes frequent in-person property visits to guarantee a high standard of maintenance and ensure all property compliance documents are valid.
Izzy Kalloo
Lettings Coordinator
Izzy deals with all initial applicant enquiries. She sees the tenancy process through from start to finish – organising viewings with vetted prospect tenants, tactfully negotiating tenancy offers and swiftly arranging move-ins. In doing so, she also ensures voids between tenancies are kept to a minimum and both landlords and tenants are content.

Recently rented a flat from Gemma. She was extremely helpful in providing the information we needed and also text us outside of her working hours to ensure we were happy. Any issues that have arisen have been resolved extremely quickly which is very comforting to someone who has not private rented before. I would really recommend!
