Collecting the keys for the property from a key nest was a new one on me, but this made it really easy to pick up and drop off the keys for the next contractor.
All went well and the blinds were measured & installed exactly to their requirements.

The communication on behalf of the staff was poor, and unprofessional, there were so many hidden costs. We came to an apartment that was dirty and yet were charged £175 to pay for an apartment that was of a better standard than what was met. Truly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they try to exploit you for money any chance they can get!!!
